Sealed Tenders from experienced and reputed Service Providers are invited for “PROVIDING PHOTOCOPY SERVICES AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS INSIDE THE 91��Ƭ��C CAMPUS, JOKA W.E.F 1ST JUNE, 2018 TO 31ST MAY, 2020.”

The detailed Tender Documents can be obtained from the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase), 91��Ƭ�� on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) (Non-refundable) by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “91��Ƭ��”, payable at Kolkata. The Tender Form may also be downloaded from the Institute’s website: . The bidders having due credentials and adequate professional experience and who meet the following criteria will be considered for the above work for a period of two years.

1. Copies of PAN, Trade Licence and GST Registration.
2. Minimum 7(seven) years experience of work in providing similar services to Public Sector Companies/Govt. Departments/Research Organizations/Reputed Private Sector Companies etc. with minimum past record of producing at laest 10 lakh copies per year in last 3 years.
3. Annual Turn Over – Rupees Ten Lakh or above for the Financial Year 2016-17.
4. Minimum 10 (ten) Xerox machines in the name of the Firm/Vendor/Contractor.
5. The service provider should have a Registered Office for at least one year period at a location within 5 Kms. from 91��Ƭ��C Joka Campus in order to meet urgent requirement and delivery.

Interested Service Providers may put bid document, complete in all respects along with Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amounting to Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) by DD and other requisite documents in the Tender Box kept in the Office of the Senior Administrative Officer (Purchase) located in Administrative Building, East Side (Ground floor), 91��Ƭ��, Joka, Kolkata-700104 on 16th May, 2018 by 2.00 p.m. Tender received without EMD will be rejected straightaway.

The tender will be opened on 16th May, 2018 at 2.15 p.m. in the presence of Tenderer or their authorized representative, if any. The tenders which are not supported with required documents, will be summarily rejected.

In case, the last date of receiving/opening of the tenders coincide with a holiday, then the next working day shall be the receiving/opening date.

Quotations are invited in sealed envelop from Book Suppliers for supply of books titled (1)“Data Mining for Business Intelligence” by Galit Shmueli, Nitin R. Patel and Peter C. Bruce, Wiley India Pvt. Ltd. and (2)“Data Mining and Predictive Analytics” by Daniel T. Larose and Chantal D. Larose, Wiley series, Wiley India Pvt. Ltd. for Term-IV course "Business Data Mining”.

The details like List Price of the book, Percentage of discount, Net Price of the book and Expected date of delivery from date of closing of this tender are required while submitting the quotation of the book.

Please note that the Quotation should be signed by an authorized signatory of the vendor with full name, status and signature along with the official seal of the firm and addressed to the Chairperson (PGP), 91��Ƭ��. Name of the titled book should be mentioned on the envelope.

The Books should be delivered at free of freight charges at the Institute preferably during working hours and the Vendors will have to compulsorily submit chalan bearing details of the book at the time of the delivery. Penalty will be imposed for failure of delivery on time. The excess copy of the above book will have to be taken back from the Institute.

Quotations are to be submitted to the PGP Office by May 15, 2018 before 3.00 P.M.
