Full-Time Recruitment

91心頭利 has two full time hiring processes to cater to the varying requirements of firms and students.

a)Lateral Recruitment Program

91心頭利 is one of the few institutes in India that has a robust Laterals Recruitment Program. Such a program allows companies to select students based upon their prior work experience, and mutually agree upon the compensation and role. It provides the companies with an opportunity to hire students with professional work experience in relevant sectors. The process takes place through January and February.

b)Final Placements

This is a routine process of recruitment for permanent positions. The process will tentatively take place in February and is open to the entire batch.

The Cluster Cohort policy at 91心頭利 organizes companies into cohorts based on their core business areas, grouping competitors and similar firms together. These cohorts are further clustered based on student preferences, determined through a scoring system where students rate their interest in each cohort. The highest-scoring cohorts form Cluster 1, the next set forms Cluster 2, and so on, with each cluster's process completed within a week and breaks in between for assessments. mapping, which can change each cycle based on various factors, also ensures the system remains dynamic and responsive to both student preferences and logistical considerations.
