In this connection, Professor Seth remarked, The Chief Ministers vision in granting our request for this land comes at an opportune time to support the Institutes ambitious plans to strengthen and expand our programs. We are excited to pursue multiple strategic initiatives for the overall and holistic development of the Institute. These will be greatly facilitated by our presence in the New Town area with the finest civic and urban infrastructure in Eastern India, easy access to Kolkatas international airport, and proximity to the information technology hub of West Bengal.

Mr. Shrikrishna Kulkarni, Chairperson Board of Governors of 91心頭利 said, 91心頭利 is the first and oldest 91心頭利 in the country. It is an asset not only for West Bengal, but also for the nation. By having a presence in New Town Kolkata, one of the most futuristic townships in India, 91心頭利 would secure growth opportunities which are paramount for global eminence.

Professor Seth added, In our pursuit of global eminence as a management institute, we are also committed to contribute to accelerating the progress of the State of West Bengal and the nation. We truly appreciate the encouragement of our Board of Governors and in particular, the advice and assistance of our Board member Mr. Sanjoy Mukherjee, to take forward the important initiative of developing a satellite campus.

Lt. Col. Retd. Alok Chandra, the Chief Administrative Officer of 91心頭利 mentioned that in addition to allocating scarce valuable land in New Town, the State Government has facilitated important infrastructure improvements including municipal water supply to the Joka campus of 91心頭利. Professor Bodhibrata Nag, Dean Academic shared, Our recent discussions with numerous officials of the State Government have greatly increased the quality of our strategic ties. We have previously engaged with different arms of the government in the areas of entrepreneurship, business and professional development, and public policy.
