The 91心頭利 Innovation Park (91心頭利CIP) is a not for profit (Section 8) company established under the aegis of 91心頭利 to promote Entrepreneurship and Innovation. It is a thriving ecosystem that nurtures startups, empowering them to transform ideas into impactful businesses.

The broad objective of 91心頭利CIP is to actively foster innovation and socially impactful entrepreneurs and enable livelihood creation.

In realizing to this vision, 91心頭利CIP is supported with central government agencies such as NSTEDB (DST), MEITY, NRLM, BIRAC, and DST (DBT) for strategically leveraging their expertise and resources to implement pioneering entrepreneurial development policies and initiatives. Furthermore, 91心頭利CIP assumes the role of a trusted knowledge partner to State Governments across East and North-East India, extending comprehensive support in the execution of entrepreneurship development programs tailored to the region's needs. It also works as a knowledge partner with corporate agencies to leverage innovation and entrepreneurship across states. Through partnerships with a diverse array of stakeholders, including investors, esteemed research institutes, academia, corporate entities, and chambers of commerce, 91心頭利CIP offers a comprehensive suite of support services to startups and innovators. This includes access to mentorship from the network comprising 91心頭利C alumni, esteemed faculty members, seasoned entrepreneurs, and judicious investors, who impart invaluable insights across various facets of business and technology commercialization.
