The Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) Committee for the period of 2023-2026 includes the following members.
Role: CEI Coordinator
Aditi Bhutoria is an economist focusing on topics of education, technology, and public policy. She teaches courses like Indian Economic and Political History, Public Policy Evaluation, and Rethinking Education Policy. She has completed her DPhil Education from the University of Cambridge (UK) and M.Sc. Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK). Prior to joining 91心頭利-C, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School (USA). She has worked as a research consultant for the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge (UK), the Government Office for Science (UK), and the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), amongst others. Prof. Bhutorias private sector experience includes working with Swiss Re Services Ltd. (London, Zurich) with their Financial Audit team; and PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd. (India) with their Social Sector Advisory, mainly engaging with state governments across India and neighboring countries. Prof. Bhutoria has been a Research Fellow at the Asian Century Foundation. She is currently a Research Advisor with the Global EdTech Hub (UK), research affiliate for the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), and an associate at the Research for Equitable Access and Learning (REAL) Centre at the University of Cambridge (UK), Open Development and Education Ltd. (UK), and the Social Informatics Group.

Balram Avittathur is a Professor in the Operations Management Group at 91心頭利 and has been with the Institute since 1999. He has done his doctorate from 91心頭利 Bangalore and has visited Auburn University, USA on a Fulbright Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship. Prof. Avittathur has published his research in journals like JOM, EJOR, IJPE, DSS, Transport Research Part E, IJPR and IMR. He serves regularly as a reviewer in many of these journals and is also the India Editor of the journal Operations Management Research. While his main area of research is on supply chain management, he has written article/book chapters on entrepreneurship and innovations. Prof. Avittathur also serves the industry through consulting and training activities

Vimal Kumar M is a doctoral graduate in the area of Information Systems and Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli. Prior to his PhD he served in various industries implementing Information Technology for telecom and infrastructure companies and Public Sector Banks. His research interests include societal development through information technology, social inclusion, fairness and privacy concerns of artificial intelligence (AI), and platform technologies. He has also presented his research work at premier international conferences like PACIS, AMCIS, and ICIS Doctoral Colloquium. His research work has been published in various reputed journals such as Information & Management, Information Systems Frontiers, Computers in Human Behaviour, AIS Transactions on Human-Computer Interactions and Economic & Political Weekly. At 91心頭利 Cal he teaches Core MIS, Business Analytics and Technology Startup courses.
Subhrangshu Sanyal
Role: CEO of 91心頭利CIP and Ex-Officio Member of CEI
Subhrangshu is a passionate Start-up Evangelist and currently the CEO of 91心頭利 Innovation Park. He has been with 91心頭利CIP since its inception and is working on creating a comprehensive ecosystem that would promote entrepreneurship and nurture innovation.
Subhrangshu pursued his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, PGDM (MBA) from 91心頭利 and PhD from National Law University, Jodhpur. He has rich experience in process and systems consulting and executed several large strategic projects in the banking and financial services domain for global organizations. He also had stints with two startups as co-founder. Subhrangshu has deep interest in the Social Entrepreneurship space and is involved in various social initiatives as an active Rotarian.
In addition to the above members, the Deans may be requested to attend meetings of CEI as special invitees as and when required.
